It is a small space with limited weekend hours, so plan ahead for custom orders.

IYKYK is a fully gluten-free mochi churro and soft serve shop from Connor and Dean, and it is unlike anything else in Dallas. The churros are made with the same rice flour as mochi, so they are crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside, and they come in flavors like original, ube, chocolate, and matcha with dipping sauces. Add a cup of Asian-inspired soft serve, or go savory with the churro dog. There is no seating, so you’ll order at the door and take it to go (with a few extra napkins).

Chelles is a French macaron shop where everything is gluten-free, made from scratch daily with almond flour instead of wheat. The signature flavors go way beyond the basics, think fruity cereal, birthday cake, strawberry cheesecake, and raspberry rose, and you can build your own box or grab an ice cream filled mac. Just note that while everything is gluten-free, their macarons are not dairy-free or vegan.

JOY is completely gluten-free, serving French macarons, house-made ice cream, and their signature macaron ice cream sandwiches across several DFW shops. The flavors rotate constantly, the ice cream comes in fun scoops and even ice cream tacos, and every single thing is safe from start to finish. Pinch of Salt is a 100% dedicated gluten-free bakery in Grapevine with a whole lot of dairy-free, vegan, and paleo options mixed in and the ingredients listed on every single item. Come for the cinnamon rolls, rotating cupcakes, donuts (yes, even fried donuts!!!), kolaches, and custom cakes, and stay for the in-house coffee.
